Dr. Adaeze Oreh is a Nigerian family physician and public health specialist whose career spans clinical medicine, federal and state health policy, national blood service leadership, and global health research.

She served as Honourable Commissioner for Health, Rivers State (2023–2026), where she oversaw health system reform for approximately 9 million people.
